When any 1:1 life size statues / props are ordered, customers MUST be responsible for its non refundable deposit (50% of the total product price). The rest of the payment + shipping fee MUST be fully paid when the product arrived at our storage and ready to ship.  

 

All 1:1 life size statues / props are PRE-SALE orders, on a made to order item.  Once an order is placed, we place the order with the manufacturer. These kinds of figures take time to manufacture, paint, and prepare for shipment.  We will deliver when the product is ready to be shipped. If you have any questions/concerns on actual delivery dates, ASK before you buy.
